Job Description

Date: Saturday, 16 November 2025Time Commitment: Approx. 3 hoursLocation: Singapore Raffles Music College

About the Event:

We're hosting our Presto Studios Awards Reception, a meaningful occasion celebrating our students' and musical achievements. The event will feature performances, speeches, and award presentations in a warm, professional setting.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate intern photographer to capture memorable moments during the event. The focus will be on taking high-quality lifestyle and corporate-style photos that reflect the joy, pride, and energy of the occasion.

Responsibilities:

• Capture key event moments, including performances, speeches, award presentations, and candid audience shots.
• Take well-composed lifestyle photos suitable for corporate and social media use.
• Record short video clips for future highlight reels or promotional use.
• Deliver edited photos and raw video clips within 3–5 days after the event.

Requirements:

• Basic experience in photography and videography (school projects or portfolio preferred).
• Own camera and basic equipment.
• Good eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling through visuals.
• Responsible, punctual, and professional during the event.

Commitment:

• Approx. 3 hours on 16 November 2025 (afternoon).
• Editing time after the event (light editing only).
