Position Overview:
The Photographer/Videographer will capture and create visual content for various purposes, including marketing, advertising, and storytelling. Utilize their creative skills, technical expertise, and artistic vision to produce high-quality images and videos that effectively communicate the intended message and engage the target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and plan visual content in collaboration with clients, and project managers.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos using professional equipment, ensuring proper composition, lighting, and framing.
- Edit and retouch images/videos to enhance quality, consistency, and visual appeal using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, FinalCut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to photography and videography.
- Manage and organize digital assets, including raw files, edited images/videos, and project archives.
- Will need to design and keep track of monthly shoot calendar
- Coordinate logistics for photo/video shoots, and arranging equipment.
- Collaborate with other creative professionals, such as graphic designers, to ensure visual content aligns with overall brand identity and messaging.
- Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while delivering exceptional results.
- Maintain and operate photography/videography equipment, ensuring proper care, maintenance, and functionality.
- Assist with marketing initiatives by providing visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and managers to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in English
- Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and styles.
- Interns are also welcome
- Proficiency in photography/videography techniques, including composition, lighting, exposure, and colors.
- Advanced knowledge of digital photography and videography equipment, software, and techniques.
- Excellent editing skills using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Strong creative vision and aesthetic sense, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency in visual content.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, client preferences, and creative direction.
- Able to work under minimum supervision
