As a Human Capital Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to the business, working hand-in-hand with stakeholders to create a positive employee experience and a high-performance, caring workplace.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering (70%)
- Partner line managers to understand business needs and support end-to-end talent acquisition efforts.
- Provide thoughtful and practical HR advice on people matters, including performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
- Work with leaders to build a supportive, high-performance culture that values learning, growth, and employee well-being.
- Analyse workforce trends and proactively recommend solutions to strengthen organisational capability and talent retention.
Performance Management (30%)
- Administer and continuously improve performance management processes and systems.
- Serve as a key point of contact for managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Partner business leaders to drive goal-setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and calibration discussions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR business partnering role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, resourceful team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others
