Digital Marketing and Design Executive

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns, website and social media maintenance, content creation, performance tracking, online advertising, and digital asset development.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, mobile, display, and programmatic platforms.
 - Manage and maintain the Attraction's digital platforms, such as the website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, and CRM systems.
 - Monitor and analyse performance metrics from all digital efforts; prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
 - Develop compelling content and creative assets (copy, visuals, photography) tailored to different audiences and platforms.
 - Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and technologies; share relevant insights with the team to drive innovation.
 - Oversee graphic production for marketing materials; coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timeliness.
 - Work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and within budget.
 - Maintain organised records of all design and creative work across campaigns.
 - Support ad-hoc projects and cross-departmental initiatives as required.
 
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
 - Minimum two years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and content development.
 - Proficient in managing and executing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO platforms.
 - Operational knowledge of Chinese digital platforms, including WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok.
 - Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills tailored for digital channels.
 - Competent in digital analytics and consumer trend analysis.
 - Familiar with UX/UI principles focused on enhancing user journey and boosting online conversion.
 - Skilled in tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic video editing for social media.
 - Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
