What you will be working on:
  • Develop, implement and review MSD's competency frameworks and training roadmaps, in close consultation with various stakeholders.
    • Manage and review MSD's local and overseas training courses and programmes to ensure that they remain relevant and align to the organisation's competency requirement and training needs.
    • Establish, manage and support local and overseas training courses and programmes, not limited to sourcing for providers, procuring local/overseas programmes, managing course enrolments, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, evaluating training content and making logistics and other arrangements.
    • Monitor and follow up on training evaluation and feedback to measure, track and enhance training quality and effectiveness.
    • Provide regular updates and reporting to management, highlight key findings, recommendations and processes towards the organisation's L&D goals and training needs.
