AV Executive

Job Description:

  • Set up AV equipment for all school functions/ activities, including contact time, staff meetings and morning assemblies
  • Maintain all AV hardware and repair equipment
  • Maintain and update AV hardware and software (e.g. video editing) inventory, including condemnation of equipment
  • Maintain a weekly progress log of repairs and services
  • Assist in the procurement of AV equipment, accessories and consumables
  • Assist in photography and videography
  • Supporting of Personal Learning Devices
  • Conduct AV training for staff and students
  • Conduct bi-monthly maintenance for standard classroom AV equipment
  • Other ad-hoc duties required by the school

Job Requirements:

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • At least a GCE "O" Level Certificate
  • At least 3 years of working experience in schools.

Relevant experience in AV, computer hardware troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance.
