Responsibilities

  1. Manage and drive the Company's PropNex Sales Platforms, including but not limited to the Customer Relationship Management Marketplace, PropNex Friends, and
  2. Identify, source, and evaluate suitable products, services, and partnerships to integrate into the PropNex sales platforms.
  3. Engage with vendors through outreach, meetings, presentations, and negotiations, fostering strong vendor relationships.
  4. Guide vendors through the entire process, from product and service development to contract signing and onboarding onto the Company's Sales Platforms.
  5. Oversee and manage vendors' business processes and maintain long-term, effective partnerships.
  6. Drive the adoption of products and services across users, agents, and consumers, ensuring high engagement and usage on the sales platforms.

Requirements

  1. Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  2. Minimum five (5) years of related experience preferably with some sales experience.
  3. Good presentation and communication skills (build rapport with people).
  4. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  5. Organized, Systematic, Process Oriented, Resourceful, Result Oriented, Work well in a team-oriented environment.
