·       Our client is a stable shipbuilding company

·       Located beside Clarke Quay MRT

· days work week 8am to 5.30pm

·       Food allowance $200/Transport allowance $100 upon confirmation

·       No prior experience required as training provided

Job scopes:

·       Post Journal Entries with simple accounting system

·       Maintain accounts payables and accounts receivables

·       Prepare Bank Reconciliation and Cash Book

·       Maintain inter-company accounts and relevant debit and credit notes

·       Issue invoices and receipts as required

·       Issue Statements of Accounts

·       Liaise with external auditors

·       Assist in preparing project costing

·       Document Filing

·       Coordinate with Clients and Colleagues in Indonesia and Malaysia for Shipping & Shipbuilding projects

·       Support Director as Personal Assistant and other administrative duties when required

Requirements:

·       Diploma in relevant field; if no diploma, relevant work experience is also acceptable

·       No prior experience but with relevant accounting certification will be considered as training provided

·       Proficient in Excel and MS Word, Internet Savvy

·       Good communication and research skills

·       Able to work well with others a must

·       Detail-oriented, accurate

·       Strong organization skill

·       Pro-active personality, self-motivated, and able to work independently

·       Hardworking, ability to multi-task and have good time management
