Clinic Assistant

Responding to inquiries online / via phone call
- Sales of aesthetics services and products
- Procedures such as IPL, facial, fat freezing, etc
- Assisting Dr in procedures such as lasers, injections
- Clinic duties such as registration, appointment booking, patient follow up, chaperoning patients, dispensing medication
- Assisting with clinic operations such as medication and clinic supplies/equipment stock keeping, IT system

**Job requirements**
- 5.5 day week, PHs by roster
- Able to speak Mandarin, reasonable standard of written and spoken English as our patients mainly speak these 2 languages
- Strong sales skills, drive, and instinct as sales will be an important part of the job
- Friendly deposition, customer service orientated, able to make patients feel at home
- A pleasant appearance will help in the line of work
- Aesthetics / medical clinic assistant / beauty / sales / retail experience is a plus
- Training will be provided
