Key Responsibilities

Branding & Strategy

• Develop and execute a strong brand strategy to position the company as a leading choice in the interior design market.

• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visuals across all channels to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.

Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and run targeted marketing campaigns to boost website traffic and improve lead conversion.

• Work closely with design and sales teams to align campaign initiatives with business goals and support the sales funnel.

Digital Marketing

• Grow the company's digital presence through effective SEO/SEM tactics to enhance rankings and organic traffic.

• Oversee social media platforms to increase engagement, followers, and qualified inquiries.

• Evaluate digital performance data to refine campaigns and drive higher marketing efficiency.

Content Creation

• Build and manage content calendars to ensure consistent delivery of engaging materials that encourage interaction and sharing.

• Oversee the production of high-quality photo and video assets to strengthen brand storytelling and highlight completed projects.

Events & Public Relations

• Plan and execute impactful exhibitions and client events to increase brand visibility and enhance customer experience.

• Utilize media relations and opportunities to secure coverage and strengthen public perception of the brand.

Team & Budget Management

• Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets while fostering a high-performance environment.

• Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of marketing experience with proven, measurable achievements.

• Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
