Our Singapore entity is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team and drive talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Singapore and regional roles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
- Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to HR leadership.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technology or distribution sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor law and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Mandarin or other Asian languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrix organization.
