Accounts Assistant

• Position : Accounts Assistant (Invoicing/GST) – Up to $3,300 + AWS
• Location : Bendemeer
• Working hours : Monday to Friday |9am to 5pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $3,300 + AWS + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Transportation

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable.
• File GST returns quarterly and assist with tax filings.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Nitec with at least one year of relevant working experience.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can speak mandarin.
