We're a German and Singapore JV company specializing in Industrial Hardware, and we're on the hunt for a talented Store Man to join our team in Singapore As a key member of our warehouse team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Receiving & Processing: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods for accuracy and quality. Update inventory records accordingly.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular stock takes, and manage stock adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records. ​
  • Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack orders accurately, label items, and prepare them for shipment, ensuring timely dispatch.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse layout, optimize storage spaces, and follow FIFO (First In, First Out)
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified) to move goods safely and efficiently. ​
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams to meet operational goals and deadlines. Manage inventory with precision, ensuring accurate records and timely order fulfillment.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Must be able to unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods for accuracy and quality.
  • Able to interacts with all levels and able to communicate in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Self-motivated and initiative; possess positive attitude and problem solving mindset.
  • Secondary school certificate (O/N Levels) and above.
  • 2-3 years in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred. ​
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems with basic computer applications. ​Valid forklift operator license is advantageous.
