**Responsibilities**:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to fee earners
- Prepare client engagement letters and matter opening of files
- Schedule of meetings, travel arrangements and diary management
- Coordinate and manage local and overseas business-related activities
- Assist in various reports preparation
- Coordination and prepare bills to clients and input timesheets for fee earners
- Printing and preparing bibles and other physical documents
- Formatting documents and word processing
- Communicate effectively with management, internal and external clients
**Qualifications / Person Specification**:
- Formal secretarial training
- Minimum 2 years' legal secretarial experience from well-regarded legal firms
- Excellent PC skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Self-motivated, self-directed and proactive with good organizational and time management skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
