Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- On-the-job training will be provided for all company systems, forms, procedures, and product knowledge.
- No prior experience in aircon industry is required, but willingness to learn is essential.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from customers and suppliers.
- Schedule and coordinate installation, servicing, and repair appointments.
- Update customers on service status, delivery times, and technician ETA.
- Prepare quotations, job sheets, invoices, and receipts using Excel or company software.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Manage daily office operations and clerical tasks (filing, printing, scanning).
- Assist with procurement of materials (e.g., aircon units, spare parts).
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams (sales, technicians)
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
Job Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Able to speak and write basic English to liaise with customers and technicians.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service attitude .
- Organised , responsible, and able to work independently .
- Good at multi-tasking and handling fast-paced environments .
- Willing to learn about aircon products and services .
- Only Singaporean preferred.
- 5-day work week
