As a TIS Jewelry sales representative, you go beyond selling exquisite pieces. Your role involves creating meaningful connections, helping customers find expressions of love and personal style. Job Responsibilities:

Conduct the opening and closing procedures of the shop in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed to meet operational requirements.

Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing a positive shopping experience and promoting customer loyalty.

Respond to customer queries with accuracy and efficiency, providing product information and recommendation as necessary.

Promote sales through effective communication of product features, benefits, and promotions, and encourage customers to make purchases.

Process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to established cash-handling procedures.

Perform end-of-day cleaning duties, including the organization and stocking of inventory and fixtures, to maintain a clean and organized environment.

On top of that , as a jewelry sales representative within our organization, you are encouraged and incentivized to deliver exceptional service and successfully complete sales. Commission structures and target-based bonuses implemented to attain specific per-hour rate objectives.

Event Loc & Dates:

Break:

3pm to 4pm weekdays / 6.30pm to 7:30pm weekends

Duration:

11am to 9pm

Plaza Singapura : Main Store (11am to 9pm)

Orchard Gateway: Event (11am to 930pm)

Jewel: Event (10am to 10pm)

Base Rate (Part time, zero experience)

9/hr , Commision 2%

Bonus

Base rate will be adjusted once target is hit.
