Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead our regional marketing strategy, strengthen our brand positioning, and accelerate growth across multiple markets. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in beauty and lifestyle marketing, strong digital acumen, and the ability to drive impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies across Singapore, Indonesia, and Korea.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce growth.
  • Oversee product launch campaigns and events to maximize brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights to guide product and campaign strategy.
  • Build and manage partnerships with media, KOLs, and retailers.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
  • Track ROI and performance metrics to optimize marketing investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven track record in building brands and delivering measurable growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.
  • Passion for beauty, innovation, and consumer engagement.
