About the role

As a Full Time Sales Assistant at Eighteen Plum Pte Ltd, you will be an integral part of our retail team, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth and success of our brand. This is a full-time position based in the Central Region, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  2. Maintaining the presentation and organisation of the retail space, ensuring it is always visually appealing
  3. Assisting with stock management, including receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise
  4. Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  5. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold the brand's reputation

What we're looking for

Only Singaporean may apply

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion , F & B or lifestyle industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a well-organised, visually appealing retail environment
  4. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  5. A positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile for customers
