The Senior / Junior Application Engineer is responsible for delivering projects and liaising with clients to deliver customised solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Design and integration of automation systems in accordance with project requirements.
  • Graphical design of the electrical network.
  • Plan installation schedule with client and installer.
  • Testing and commissioning of systems.
  • Preparation of project documents and drawings.

Candidates should be able to work independently and as team players on simultaneous projects with compressed timelines. Candidates should also expect limited travel to interface with customers, and attend or exhibit at conferences and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Candidate with at least a Degree in the Engineering field.
  • Has working experience in delivering either Building Management System (BMS), Energy Management System (EMS), Power Quality Management System (PQMS), SCADA, PLC, HMI, HVAC Control or etc relevant data communication and automation systems field projects.
  • Basic knowledge and working experience in Electrical and Power Quality field.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Savvy in various computer skills such as computer networking, setting up new PC/VMs, and project management skills.
  • Mature and able to handle tasks independently, handle multiple projects when needed, demonstrate task ownership, result-oriented, and a self-driven team player with good communication skills.
  • Fast learner, problem-solving capability and good soft skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available. (Junior and Senior)
  • Salary will be commensurate based on experience.
