**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Business Development
- **Sales Pitches and Negotiation**: Develop and execute sales pitches and negotiations to establish new partnerships with potential organizations
- **Pipeline Management**:Collaborate closely with the Head of Partnerships to engage in strategic sales planning and pipeline management
- **Strategic Planning**: Keep abreast of long-term care industry trends, policy changes, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for Homage
Account Management
- **Partner Point of Contact**:Act as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, taking ownership of ongoing engagement and ensuring partner success
- **Partner Activation**: Drive the successful activation of new partnerships in partnership with the operations and supply team
- **Upsell and Cross sell**: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives with existing partners in line with the overall objectives of the business segment
- **Partner Retention**: Design and implement strategies and initiatives to optimize partner retention and operational efficiency
Partner Operations and Strategic Projects
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with Homage's internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of care services and execution of partner-specific initiatives
- **Incident and Feedback Management**: Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for incident and feedback, ensuring efficient resolution, documentation, and continuous improvement in partner relationship management
- **Partner Operations**: Provide support for partner's operations by proactively addressing their needs, assisting with any operational challenges, and facilitating a smooth flow of information and resources between partners and internal teams
- **Solution Development**:Actively drive solution development to address partner-specific challenges, gather feedback, and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive partner satisfaction and operational excellence.
- **Data Tracking**: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to partner operations, seeking continuous improvement opportunities
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, account management, consulting and/or strategic operations role
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure new partnerships
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service to partners
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and execute strategic projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and partner satisfaction
- Experience in collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows and service delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively
- Prior working experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
