Position: AI Software Developer Intern

Commitment: Minimum 3 hours per day, 15 hours per week (flexible schedule)


About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Software Developer Intern with direct experience in building and experimenting with AI agents. This role is ideal for students or early-career developers who want to gain practical experience in developing next-generation AI-driven agentic systems while contributing to real-world projects.

You will work closely with our technical team to design, build, and optimize AI agents that can integrate with various tools, APIs, and workflows.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents using modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Model Context Protocol, etc.).
  • Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Claude, GPT, etc.) into agent pipelines.
  • Develop backend APIs and workflows to support agent functionality.
  • Experiment with multi-agent collaboration, memory, and reasoning frameworks.
  • Document development processes, best practices, and technical findings.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to align agent functionality with product goals.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for improving agent intelligence, personalization, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong programming background in Python (experience with JS/TypeScript is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with building AI agents (academic projects, personal experiments, or prior internships).
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.).
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, MCP, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of backend development (FastAPI, Flask, or ).
  • Interest in reinforcement learning (RL), fine-tuning, or multi-agent systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to commit minimum 3 hours per day, 15 hours per week.
