Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management through effective prospecting, presentation, and closing techniques.

  • Monitor sales pipeline and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities.
  • Business Development & Account Growth

  • Identify, develop, and secure new customer accounts to expand the company's market presence.

  • Grow and nurture the existing customer base by providing value-added solutions and proactive follow-ups.
  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs, ensuring timely delivery, and providing excellent after-sales support.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, addressing customer concerns promptly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Networking & Market Engagement

  • Build rapport and develop a reliable network with homeowners, interior designers, and contractors within the retail market.

  • Leverage industry knowledge and connections to identify new opportunities and strengthen the company's market positioning.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate with relevant experience in renovation, material supplier, interior design or relevant field are welcome to apply
