Revenue Growth & Market Penetration:
Execute the regional sales strategy to acquire new large, national, and strategic customers (new logo business) and drive expansion within the current strategic account portfolio.
Maximize profitability and market share by personally executing new sales and systematically upselling and cross-selling solutions to existing clients across all verticals.
New Business Development & Acquisition:
Proactively prospect, identify, and target key decision-makers (including C-level) within large national and strategic organizations to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to win new logo accounts, overcoming complex customer challenges and demonstrating compelling value to secure long-term contracts.
Operational Excellence & Values-Driven Management:
Maintain data compliance in the CRM to log client engagement activities and showcase new opportunities (pipelines).
Build key contacts and relationships within the Toll Network. Ensure the business works together to align with the One Toll strategy.
Work with team lead and get support from Sales Operations team, product heads, and network stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets expectation.
Monitor & support the finance team with the collection of daily sales outstanding - DSO (if required).
To ensure that the personal knowledge of all relevant TOLL products and services is up to date at all times.
Previous Work Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Postgraduate or professional certifications in logistics, sales leadership, or account management are advantageous.
8+ years in strategic account management, sales, or business development within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and expanding client portfolios.
Expertise in both international and domestic logistics solutions.
Skilled in presenting, negotiating, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for business decision-making.
High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
