Looking for a Construction Manager with experience in HDB / upgrading projects

Responsible for overseeing daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Key duties include planning and scheduling work, managing resources, liaising with residents and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with HDB and BCA regulations, and maintaining a high level of workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Project management: Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Site operations: Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising staff and ensuring work standards are met.
  • Budget and cost control: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare progress claims and financial reports.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Interfacing and liaise with clients , consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.
  • Safety and compliance: Implement and enforce stringent workplace safety and health (WSH) practices, and ensure all work complies with HDB, BCA, and other statutory regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to clients and management.

Required skills and experience

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Solid understanding of HDB project workflows and compliance standards.
