Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to meet timeline, scope, and quality targets.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor site progress, allocate resources, resolve technical and contractual issues, and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare progress reports, track performance, and implement risk management measures to address delays and variations.
  • Review and manage project documentation, drawings, procurement matters, and verification of scope or cost changes.
  • Lead site operations, conduct inspections, uphold safety standards, and ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficient in project management software; BIM/AutoCAD experience is good to have.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; PMP/PRINCE2 certification is good to have.
