About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Retail Promoter to represent our premium health and wellness brand at our flagship store in Marina Bay Sands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience promoting traditional health supplements such as cordyceps, ginseng, and bird's nest, with a proven ability to engage both local and international customers, drive sales, and deliver a luxury retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the brand ambassador in our flagship store, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Promote and educate customers on the benefits of our health and wellness products, with emphasis on cordyceps, ginseng, and bird's nest.
  • Provide product demonstrations, sampling, and recommendations tailored to customers' needs.
  • Proactively engage with both local and international customers to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on industry and wellness trends.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve basic service issues.
  • Support promotional campaigns, events, and VIP engagements hosted at Marina Bay Sands.

Requirements

  • Prior retail promoter or brand ambassador experience in health supplements (cordyceps, ginseng, bird's nest, or similar wellness products).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, approachable personality.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Team player with self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance, suitable for a luxury retail environment.

Remuneration Package
