We are a growing lifestyle and craft brand dedicated to offering quality products and meaningful experiences to our customers. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections
  • Manage cashiering duties, including processing payments and handling returns/exchanges
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-displayed and stocked
  • Support day-to-day operations such as inventory checks, packing, and restocking
  • Assist in store events, workshops, and promotional activities
  • Uphold brand values and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for all customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (training will be provided)
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating shift basis
