Job Scope

The candidate would be required to handle the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The duties include the following:

·       Verify suppliers' invoices and prepare for payments

·       Key in daily transactions (receipts and payments) into Sysfreight system

·       Any other accounts related duties

Requirements:

  • Recognized Diploma / ITE preferably in Accounting
  • Must be familiar with accounting double entry

·       Minimum 1 year working experience in similar role

·       Experience in using Sysfreight system would be an advantage

·       Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn and inquisitive by nature.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills.

·       Able to commit for overtime when required
