This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and offers the opportunity to work across a mix of digital, social media, and offline campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Collaborate with vendors, creative teams, and content creators to produce engaging content (Facebook, TikTok).
  • Manage online communities, monitor engagement, and track analytics for performance improvement.
  • Out-of-Home Advertising:
  • Plan, book, and manage ad placements in malls and outdoor venues.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely execution.
  • Digital Asset Management:
  • Maintain and enhance websites and landing pages.
  • Optimize digital assets for user experience and loading speed.
  • Video Production:
  • Prepare briefs, coordinate shoots, and manage content production with creators and production partners.
  • General Marketing Support:
  • Assist in campaign execution and other marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience (digital/social media focused).
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools, analytics, and content management systems.
  • Creative, resourceful, and fluent in Mandarin (to work on Chinese-market campaigns).
