We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

This job applies advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems and drive measurable impact. They will act as a bridge between analysts and managers, mentoring junior team members while independently leading high-visibility analytics projects. This role requires working London hours.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced data analysis projects, applying statistical models and predictive techniques.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in analytics.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations for senior business stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and data visualizations.
• Partner with business leaders to identify new opportunities for data-driven improvements.

Expected Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B, lead generation or marketing analytics.
• 3+ years of recent SQL experience with a deep understanding of structure and unstructured databases
• Bilingual capabilities are mandatory depending on respective region.
• Basic understanding of Python, R or other language to performance data analytical tasks
• Working knowledge in relevant technologies – Salesforces, Teradata, BigQuery, Notebooks
• Able to drive collaboration within a matrixed environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented and an appreciation of diversity in teamwork.
• Bachelor's degree (Computer science, Information technology, or a similar field.) – MBA or advanced quantitive degree is a plus.
