  • Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors to drive long-term business growth and achieve corporate objectives.
  • Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze complex financial data to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost control, and business improvement.
  • Manage corporate cash flow, investments, capital structure, and risk management to ensure financial stability and sustainability.
  • Uphold strong financial governance through robust internal controls, transparent reporting, and adherence to best practices.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and high performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison with auditors, regulators, and investors, ensuring full compliance with SGX and statutory requirements.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CFO capacity.
  • Proven track record in financial strategy, corporate reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prior experience with SGX-listed companies and/or within the construction industry is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage complex financial operations.
