This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer

Bridgepoint Health is an operating entity of Sheares Healthcare. You will be part of a team looking to define the role of technology in primary healthcare. You will be exposed to the multifaceted challenges of the job and work closely with our stakeholders to deliver a shared vision of healthcare.

Responsibilities

  1. Product & Project

  2. Define and drive the product lifecycle of current owned products under the group - including patient facing, internal facing and business intelligence products.

  3. Responsible for product realization in project delivery.
  4. Ensure excellence in project delivery.
  5. Approach must be data driven to solve and deliver business outcomes.
  6. Demonstrate measurable and tangible ROI of products.

  7. Kept abreast of market and competitor landscape, looking at synergistic solutions to partner.

  8. Information technology

  9. Security and compliance: oversee the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and systems. Work with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate and take proactive measures for risks.

  10. Policy and procedure management: develop, maintain, update, and implement relevant policies for BridgePoint HQ and her assets.
  11. Supplier and contract management: maintain relevant supplier information and relationships to deliver necessary support to business needs.

  12. IT training and development: develop, maintain, update, and conduct relevant IT trainings for BridgePoint HQ and her assets.

  13. Leadership

  14. Lead and grow the technology team to drive overall roadmap and adoption of Bridgepoint's owned products. You will be expected to lead a team to deliver on the overall road map.

  15. Budget Management: manage the departments capital and revenue budgets in close collaboration with Finance Department.
  16. Provide leadership to portfolio companies and assist/advice on their technology/product roadmap.
  17. Lead change management for existing assets and potential assets for acquisition.
  18. Assist cross functional efforts in assessment of IT readiness.
  19. Stakeholder management: work with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives.

Requirements

  1. 7-10 years of prior experience in Healthcare Technology.

  2. Graduate degrees or experience in Medical Informatics preferred.

  3. Data driven and passionate about product success and adoption.

  4. Experience working with and managing offshore teams.

  5. Understanding of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001), Data Protection frameworks (GDPR, HIPPA, PDPA), Data Standards (HL7, FHIR, OMOP).

  6. Familiarity and understanding on ITSM and ITIL will be a plus.
