We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of our class sites and day-to-day operations. You'll be the go-to person for escalations, coach support, and administrative coordination—ensuring students and parents enjoy a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

Reporting

  • Track and report key operational metrics (attendance, withdrawals, site issues).
  • Maintain the Udio Issues Tab with timely and accurate updates.

Escalations

  • Handle escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Guide coaches and customer support staff in sensitive situations.
  • Review and follow through on feedback from parents and coaches.
  • Distribute and collect withdrawal feedback forms.

Administration

  • Supervise daily class operations across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate condo access for coaches and ensure compliance with management rules.
  • Manage onboarding tasks for new students (e.g., group chat creation after CS handover).
  • Monitor coach attendance and follow up on absences/no-shows.
  • Send important announcements to parents and coaching staff.

Billing & Payments

  • Track incoming payments and send reminders where needed.
  • Process and manage payment arrangements with parents.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Udio and is a plus.
  • Prior experience in operations, administration, or customer-facing roles preferred.
