Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate intern to join our dynamic team as a part-time Curriculum Developer. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing an English language curriculum that is both engaging for children and aligned with our innovative AI-driven feedback system. Your expertise will help shape the learning journey of young minds, making English writing accessible, fun, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our product team to create a comprehensive English writing curriculum tailored for children of various age groups and proficiency levels.
• Utilize your teaching experience to develop creative lesson plans, assignments, and activities that integrate seamlessly with our AI feedback tool.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends in English language teaching to ensure our curriculum remains cutting-edge and effective.
• Conduct analysis of curriculum effectiveness and iterate based on student performance data and feedback.
• Provide training and support to our team of AI educators, ensuring the nuances of the English language are accurately reflected in our technology.
• Engage with a diverse community of educators, parents, and students to continuously refine our educational approach.

Qualifications:

• Currently taking a bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
• JC students with good GP grades are welcome to apply
• Good understanding of the pedagogical theories and practices specific to English language learning.
• Experience with or openness to technology-driven education tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, collaborative, and passionate about education and technology.
