About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join our growing team at Wine Trade Asia Pte Ltd. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store and ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner
  • Monitoring and analysing store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintaining stock levels, merchandising displays, and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times
  • Assisting with inventory management, order processing, and cash handling procedures
  • Collaborating with the management team to implement marketing and promotional activities
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
