About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in the Sembawang North Region and will play a pivotal part in driving our sales strategy and achieving our ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and qualifying new sales leads through prospecting, networking and research
  2. Conducting effective sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  3. Negotiating and closing sales contracts with new and existing customers
  4. Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and accurately forecasting revenue
  5. Providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of client solutions
  7. Continuously developing your product knowledge and sales skills

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within the packaging and manufacturing industry
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  3. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer needs
  4. Driven, ambitious and target-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales goals
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  6. Degree qualification or equivalent relevant experience
