Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Islandwide

About the Role

AsiaStone is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth by selling to both businesses and individual customers in the Woodlands North Region. This role is perfect for a versatile salesperson who enjoys face-to-face selling, whether pitching to contractors, interior designers, or homeowners. You'll generate leads, build relationships, and close deals on the go, expanding business market reach.

Job Scope

Prospect & engage clients – Conduct field visits to construction firms, interior designers, and renovators.

Pitch Selling– Explain product benefits differently for business buyers (e.g., bulk discounts, project partnerships) vs. retail buyers (e.g., aesthetics, home value).

Close deals in person – Negotiate contracts or direct sales, hitting monthly targets.

Attend industry events/trade shows – Network with professionals while also engaging end consumers.

What We're Looking For

Experience in B2B OR B2C sales (both is ideal)—e.g., construction materials, real estate, retail, or luxury goods.

Adaptable communicator – Comfortable discussing technical specs with businesses.

Hunter mentality – Willing to knock on doors (businesses/sites).

Tech-savvy – CRM skills to manage two sales approaches in one pipeline.
