We're on the lookout for a hands-on, friendly, and organised individual to run daily studio operations, craft magical guest experiences, and bring bold new product ideas to life

What You'll Do (Day-To-Day):

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the space — including guiding guest experience, resetting stations, clean-ups, and maintaining inventory.
  • Manage staff and schedule planning.
  • Lead and manage new experience or product rollouts from planning through execution, launch, test, and refine.
  • Monitor and report key metrics (guest satisfaction scores, inventory, sales), and make data-driven improvements.

Who You Are:

  • A people person — friendly, service-oriented, and confident interacting with guests from all walks of life; able to create positive energy and memorable experiences.
  • Organised and responsible — you take pride in doing things right, keeping the space efficient, and ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
  • As a manager in a service role, you may be required to be available on weekends and public holidays to support staff and operations when needed.
  • Driven and curious — you share our vision and are motivated to grow alongside the company. We'll provide a path for your development and growth.
  • A leader — empathetic yet firm, able to guide, motivate, and hold your team to high standards.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles in F&B, retail, or attractions.
