Do you enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds? Are you energetic and motivated by the idea of creating memorable experiences?

Motion Art Space is Singapore's original motion art experience—a fast-growing startup featured in Vogue, The Straits Times, Time Out, and more. We've collaborated with Rolls-Royce, ION, and Sentosa; hosted teams from the Prime Minister's Office, Google, and Hermès; and earned over 1,300 five-star reviews on Google.

We're looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Create a fun atmosphere – if you have a knack for turning a frown upside down, we'd love to talk to you
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked space for smooth operations.
  • Ideally, we're looking for someone who can commit to a regular time slot (e.g. Tuesdays, Friday evenings and/or one weekend).

  • Passionate about creating memorable experiences (no art background needed)
  • Reliable and responsible, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Comfortable working in a water-based paints environment

What We Offer

Salary & Growth Opportunities

  • Customer Experience Crew (Level 1): $10/hr
  • Customer Experience Leader (Level 2): $11/hr
  • Customer Experience Key Leader (Level 3): $12/hr
  • Quarterly sales bonus
  • Off-site activations at $15/hr (senior crews are prioritised)
  • Career growth opportunities – We're looking for fun and passionate individuals to grow with us
  • Note: Minimum 8 hours of training at the training rate applies.
