Finance
Preparation & processing of staff expense claims reimbursement
Tracking of staff claims and segregate claims to recharge to hotels
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts / reports
Handing directors' signatories for documents
Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques / payment advice
Assist in filing of records of routine accounting transactions
Assist in recording of payments and receipts
Assist in budget preparation
Assist in annual report preparation
Admin
Assist with company daily administration, procurement and general office management
Liaison & reception for external parties' visits, answering phone calls, replying emails etc.
Assist with general office errands including but not limited to filing of documents, preparing & serving hot drinks to senior management & guests, ensuring upkeep of pantry items etc.
Arrangement of flight and accommodation for colleagues
Other ad-hoc support required by Finance or Admin Functions
Job Requirements:
Preferably one-year experience in a similar capacity
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel / Word)
