Finance

  • Preparation & processing of staff expense claims reimbursement

  • Tracking of staff claims and segregate claims to recharge to hotels

  • Assist in monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts / reports

  • Handing directors' signatories for documents

  • Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques / payment advice

  • Assist in filing of records of routine accounting transactions

  • Assist in recording of payments and receipts

  • Assist in budget preparation

  • Assist in annual report preparation

Admin

  • Assist with company daily administration, procurement and general office management

  • Liaison & reception for external parties' visits, answering phone calls, replying emails etc.

  • Assist with general office errands including but not limited to filing of documents, preparing & serving hot drinks to senior management & guests, ensuring upkeep of pantry items etc.

  • Arrangement of flight and accommodation for colleagues

  • Other ad-hoc support required by Finance or Admin Functions

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably one-year experience in a similar capacity

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel / Word)
