About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and well-groomed Front Desk / Customer Service Executive to be the face of our beauty salon. You'll ensure every client feels welcomed and well-taken care of from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.
Key Responsibilities
• Warmly greet and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and charm.
• Manage appointments, changes, and follow-ups via WhatsApp and phone.
• Introduce and recommend suitable services, packages, and retail products.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy.
• Coordinate with lash artists to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain front-desk cleanliness and uphold brand presentation standards.
• Assist with stock checks, reports, and outlet administrative tasks.
• Encourage customer feedback and promote positive online reviews.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or reception (beauty or retail preferred).
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and team spirit.
• Confident in using WhatsApp, booking systems, and POS machines.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays (rotational).
• Fluent in English; well-groomed and presentable at all times.
