Assistant HR Manager

Job Decription:
- Manage recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle end-to-end work pass processes including applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes.
- Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the system.
- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, where applicable.
- Manage and monitor employee time attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking of working hours, leaves, and punctuality, while coordinating with payroll
- Carry out miscellaneous HR-related duties and support cross-functional teams on an as-needed basis.
Requirement:
- Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
