Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in industries like FMCG, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle for Korean celebrity partnerships, including exploring opportunities in regional markets.
  • Manage the pitching, negotiation, and coordination of Korean celebrity appearances in campaigns, events, and sponsorships under agreements.
  • Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and celebrity commitments.
  • Create tailored proposals and pitch presentations that effectively communicate value and support successful client acquisitions.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients, celebrities, agencies, and vendors, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  • Oversee contract management and ensure that all campaign deliverables are met on time and according to agreed terms.
  • Assist the General Manager with strategic planning, internal reporting, and managing urgent projects with attention to detail and quick turnaround.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities, contributing to the agency's growth and regional expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior staff to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness in all dealings, maintaining the company's reputation and integrity.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in account management or business development, preferably in entertainment or advertising.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to company reputation.
