OAR (Asia) Aesthetics Supplies is the exclusive distributor in Southeast Asia for a renowned German aesthetics brand with multiple headquarters worldwide. We supply advanced treatment machines and premium products trusted by beauty salons and clinics. With strong international backing and rapid growth in the region, we are seeking a driven Sales Consultant who is hungry to succeed and ready to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell aesthetic machines and products to salons, clinics, and professionals.
- Actively generate leads, pitch, and close new business opportunities.
- Arrange and support product demonstrations (technical demos will be conducted by trainer/management).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with consistent after-sales support.
- Work closely with management to meet sales targets and contribute to growth strategies.
- Represent OAR at exhibitions, roadshows, and industry networking events.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in aesthetics and beauty is a must.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong drive, resilience, and hunger to achieve results.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with machines and products is an advantage, but full training will be provided for demonstrations.
- Team player willing to grow alongside management.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary (Based on experience)
- Transport Allowance: $1,000/month
- High Commission Structure – realistic earnings from $5,000/month and above, with uncapped potential.
- Direct mentorship and training from management.
