Sales Support cum Purchase

- Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotes, compare prices, and negotiate contracts or terms of service.
- Place purchase orders for goods, materials, or services according to company requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and follow up with suppliers on order status.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, operations, warehouse) to forecast demand and avoid shortages.
- Evaluate supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions affecting supply and pricing.
Requirements:
- Min. O Level / Diploma in related field
- At least 1 year experience in purchasing preferred
- Good verbal & written communication in English & local language
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude, well-organized & detail-oriented
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
