  • Track and monitor inbound shipments; update internal teams on shipment status.
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations and duties/tariffs requirements.
  • Arrange and coordinate export shipments of refurbished copiers, spare parts, and related goods to overseas customers.
  • Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with export control regulations and documentation accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to plan incoming shipments and allocate storage space.
  • Support periodic inventory checks and reconciliation between logistics and warehouse data.
  • Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions.
