Singapore Lyra Health Full time $120,000 - $240,000 per year

About Lyra

Lyra Health is the leading provider of mental health solutions for employers supporting more than 20 million people globally. The company has delivered 13 million sessions of mental health care, published more than 20 peer-reviewed studies, and delivered unmatched outcomes in terms of access, clinical effectiveness and cost efficiency. Extensive peer-reviewed research confirms Lyra's transformative care model helps people recover twice as fast and results in a 26% annual reduction in overall healthcare claims costs. Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions.

As Lyra Health continues to provide life-changing mental health support to everyone around the world, this key role will help large, sophisticated HR departments and benefit consultants (BCs) evaluate Lyra's product offerings in the market and recognize Lyra's unique value.

You will lead Lyra's long and complex sales process from beginning to end, for the world's largest global employers headquartered outside of the United States of America, which will include all distribution channels (direct, BCs, channel partners) within a designated and clearly defined territory.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with demonstrable global knowledge about mental health benefits and how culture and regulations impact adoption around the world. You should have a background in enterprise sales or consulting, with a history of exceeding sales quotas.

A passion for mental health and a learning mindset is vital for success in this role. You should be comfortable working cross functionally, providing feedback on product roadmap, building a pipeline, leading a nuanced sales cycle, and a detailed contracting process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceeding your annual quota of bringing in new Lyra employer partners
  • Developing and nurturing key relationships with BC firms to drive revenue growth. Acts as the face of Lyra within the consulting community, proactively addressing needs and identifying and developing new opportunities from benefit consultants, clearly articulating the differences in our products, recommending when our premium Workforce Mental Health solution should be considered over the mainstream Wellbeing offering
  • Building a pipeline and leading conversations with senior Global HR/benefits leaders
  • Providing client facing sales support and global subject matter expertise for the US-based Sales and Customer Success teams when selling into a multi-national company
  • Assisting product marketing in the development of materials and collateral for Lyra's global offerings and its positioning in the assigned territory
  • Collecting and sharing market insights to inform Lyra's global strategy
  • Performing as the global Subject Matter Expert in RFP/RFI responses
  • Successfully negotiating multi-year seven-figure contracts with senior HR, Finance, and Procurement executives
  • Coordinating with Lyra's Customer Success team to ensure successful implementations
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years experience working directly in the sale of global employer benefits and/or global EAP / mental health space
  • Deep and strong industry relationships and network of consultants and brokers
  • Demonstrable sales experience and target achievement
  • Demonstrable experience of working for or with BCs
  • Multilingual - English plus another language of the designated territory (where appropriate)
Desirable Requirements:
  • Strategic development and growth of Lyra's relationship with BCs;
  • Experience in a high growth, fast changing environment;
  • Solid understanding of employer mental health benefits globally;
  • Passion for mental health;
  • Intellectually curious;
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written;
  • Creative and scrappy problem solver who rolls up their sleeves and does what needs to be done;
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
