Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians to perform daily servicing and maintenance of building ACMV systems, smoke detection systems, slab cooling systems, and other M&E systems.
  • Support facilities operations by providing engineering solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Liaise and coordinate project site works with clients, building management agents, consultants, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Implement effective preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Prepare yearly, quarterly, and monthly maintenance schedules and plans.
  • Prepare and submit monthly maintenance progress reports to management.
  • Monitor and evaluate service contractors' performance to ensure service quality and compliance with requirements.
  • Manage documentation, including purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and service reports.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, designing, tendering, and managing project-related works.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the operation, servicing, and maintenance of ACMV systems will have added advantage.
  • Experience with Liquid Desiccant Systems and Absorption Chiller Systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD.
