Sales Engineer – Metrology Equipment
Job Description:
Monitor, collect, and analyze the latest customer and industry trends to identify technical requirements and potential opportunities in the field of metrology, and formulate effective sales strategies;
Maintain communication with technical and managerial contacts at client organizations to build trust and ensure high satisfaction throughout the sales and service lifecycle;
Act as the key interface between clients and Yuwei Technologies, promoting our metrology equipment by clearly articulating technical features, specifications, and performance advantages in both high-volume production lines and R&D environments;
Take ownership of key sales metrics including revenue, payment collection, project delivery, and customer feedback;
Coordinate with internal departments such as R&D, production, and marketing to align technical solutions with customer needs and ensure successful project implementation;
Build long-term technical partnerships with clients by deeply understanding their process challenges, providing insight into metrology solutions, and continuously delivering value.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, electronics, instrumentation, or other relevant technical fields; strong technical background in precision measurement or semiconductor metrology is preferred;
Solid English skills, both written and spoken, for use in professional email communications and business meetings;
Experience in the semiconductor industry, especially in the sales or application of metrology or inspection equipment, is a strong advantage;
Capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships, with demonstrated abilities in technical communication, cross-functional teamwork, and continuous learning.
