Job Description & Requirements
The Services required are set out as follows:
Corporate Support Officer (CSO)-Receptionist Duties
Other administrative duties include:
- Receives, reviews and disseminates school generic e-mails & postal
deliveries/letters.
Records mail transactions into a file for future reference.
Updates daily staff movements, staff leave forecast and Medical
Certificates (all staff) on the GO Staff Movement board.
Maintains a record of staff leave applications & MCs.
Coordinates staff particular updates with AM, sending of monthly
attendance reports (school-hire contract staff) to employment
agencies.
- Coordinates preparation of school testimonials for graduating
students.
- Assists AM with distribution of iExam registration slips & Giro Option
forms.
- Assists Year Heads (Student Development Team) with collation and
storage of student progress reports.
Prints and updates of labels for staff in-boxes, collection cupboards.
Distributes college Ties and T-shirts to new staff.
Prepares name tents for meetings and prepares necessary signages
for school events.
- Prepares meal vouchers for hosting of exchange students in the
college.
- Initiates telephone calls to students and parents on matters
concerning fee payments, school events and other general matters.
- Assists college on school events such as Open House, College Day
etc.
- Coordinates the temperature taking exercise with contract workers,
visitors and students when required.
Maintains and manages a record of Lost and Found items.
Assists the Admin Managers and School Leaders in any other
school-related duties, as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2, $3,367.58 per month
